Cartoon about cartooning cartoonists



In my nine years at doing this junk, I finally drew myself into a toon. Look at that build! Look at those shoes! It's not every day that a newspaper asks you to do a cartoon about the current state of editorial cartooning...and it's not every day that the newspaper that asks you to do the cartoon does not run editorial cartoons. I applaud Metro for running a comic that was a direct attack on their practices.

1. You are way kinder to yourself than you are to others (politicians, terrorists, me) when making a caricature.

2. Dude, only the hair looks like you. I've never seen you wear that shirt.

I never wore that shirt before because I didn't want to get blood on it. Obviously.
